They had one child who passed in infancy. |
My father Kevin told me about a memory of Uncle Dave and Aunt Ceclia visiting when he was a very young boy. They had brought bananas which were a very rare treat on the farm. Well, mother didn't want the kids to eat too many, so, Uncle Dave kept some of them with him and he would secretly hold them up behind his chair one by one so the kids could sneak up and get one without mom being the wiser . . . or so they thought.
